The Manor Day Spa Questions and Answers
Whart time should I arrive before my appointment?
We ask that clients arrive 10 minutes before their first treatment. This allows for a tour of the spa, time to relax and time to fill in any necessary forms. Arriving late will effect the time you get to experience your treatment but more importantly, may effect your ability to fully relax and enjoy your moment of indulgence.
What if I am unable to make my scheduled appointment?
We send out a text the day before your appointment please let us know if you are unable to make it and a courtesy call with an appropriate amount of warning is always appreciated by staff. We are always happy to reschedule any appointment for a later date. No shows and cancellation on the day will incure a full fee if we are unable to fill your space. Please see below for our cancellation policy.

Some group booking packages we offer do require a minimum amount of people to go ahead. A lot of preparation and work goes into making all our group bookings run smoothly and often, a credit card number is needed to secure the booking in case of a no show on the day. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer discount for group bookings. Please view our group bookings cancellation policy below.

All glasses, plates and wine goblets are supplied.
What should I wear?
For all treatments, we suggest you wear what ever you feel comfortable in. For some treatments, a few attire options may make life that little bit easier!
Spray Tans Exfoliating well the night before will increase the finish of your tan. We suggest wearing old underwear that you won't mind getting a little residue on when you redress. Also, for women, a flowing skirt and for all clients, loose fitting clothes and open shoes such as flip flops will help towards a better finish with no rubbed areas.
Pedicures Open shoes will prevent any rubs staright after treatments although deisposable pedi slippers can be provided to help you with your drive home!
If you are at all unsure of any treatment procedures or what to wear at any time, please do not hesitate to ask.
Can I create my own package?
Absolutely! If you are wanting a day of indulgence or creating a special gift for someone, clients are more than welcome to create their own package or itenerary for the day. With any package, prior warning will be needed to organise this for and please remember that our Saturdays fill up fast so be in quick to secure your weekend treatments! Often using our online booking system or communication via email is easiest for big bookings. We can arrange an itinerary and confirmation for you.
Is My Voucher Valid?
Manor Pamper Vouchers make the perfect gift for your loved ones and we love to see new faces come through The Manor's doors. As stated by the Minisrty of Consumer Affairs, there a few guidelines in which we adhere to as below:
Giving Change on a Gift Voucher "Change does not have to be given by the store unless the terms of the voucher specifically state that change will be given. It is up to you to use the voucher's full value"
Refunding a Gift Voucher "A voucher is issued by the store to buy goods and services at a later date. It is unlikely that a store will refund on a voucher. The store has no legal obligation to do this"
Voucher Expiry Date "A voucher may have an expiry date. Check for a date when purchasing to see if it will allow the person using the voucher a reasonable time to use it. A usual time period would be six – 12 months."
- Manor vouchers clearly display that they are valid for 6 months, non transferable and services and prices may change. We feel that this, as stated above, is a reasonable length of time for clients to book in for their treatments so by law, we are not obliged to accept these vouchers outside of this time. If you are having problems coming within 6 months, please call us and we may be able to agree upon an extension. This extension may incur a top up fee to our full treatment menu price. This will be dealt with case by case.
Lost Voucher "If the voucher is lost, the store doesn't have to replace it. It's like losing a bus ticket, so it pays to keep the voucher somewhere safe. This situation could change if the voucher has been made out to you specifically and is not transferable to another person. In those circumstances the store may be bound to issue you a new one and cancel the original voucher"
-It may be possible for us to look up your voucher number on our records. Please call us if you are in this situation.
