Need some quiet and really need to get away from noise, chatter .. we offer silent treatments- hand the silent treatment card which is on your locker to your therapist, and she will respect your wishes once you are snuggled into bed!
Please note to protect your mental health and others from the noise we will ask that you do not bring your phones into the spa area. These need to be turned to silent and put away in your lockers
